  • What COVID-19 Home Specialist Measures are in place?

    Our Home Specialist’s take the following precautions & measures to fight against the spread of germs and viruses. Our Home Specialist’s are taking steps to do their part in keeping everyone healthy. This includes:

    Washing hands regularly

    Disinfecting equipment between each job.

    Staying home when they are not feeling well.

    Wearing masks from start to finish

    Practice physical distancing in your home, as appropriate.

  • Can I trust my cleaning professional?

    All of our technicians are interviewed and pass a detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as a Suite Touches Home Service certified cleaner or handyman.

  • Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

    Yes they do. We run a detailed background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

  • Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

    We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

    We bring our own cleaning supplies, but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible.

  • Do I Have To Be Home When The Cleaners Arrive Or Depart?

    You do not! However if it’s your first time signing up for a Suite Touches Home Service, initial introductions always help develop the personable relationship with your home specialist. Also remember that you will forgo the Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy if you are not there for the final inspection.

  • Does Suite Touches Home Services have a Licence and Insurance?

    We are! We’re currently insured for up to $2M in general liability damage. Licensed in Chicago, IL. And bonded through_____.

  • What Is Included In A Regular Cleaning?

    Do’s:

    Kitchen (clean sink out, counter tops, cabinet faces upper and lower, stove top)

    All exterior surfaces in all rooms

    Floors are mopped and vacuumed

    Bathroom (complete toilet clean, shower, handles, tub, drain)

    Bedroom shelving, nightstands, bed frames, tidy up bed)

    All window sills

    Don’ts:

    All Extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost)

    The extra time included in deep cleans allows for more detailed work in the above mentioned Do’s.

  • What Is Included In A Deep Cleaning?

    Do’s:

    Everything included in a regular clean +

    Baseboards

    Light switches & Door handles

    Detailed Dusting

    Back Splashes and Faucet Fixtures are polished

    Light organization of all rooms (for detailed organization select add on)

    Extra hour included for high detail areas

    Don’ts:

    All Extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost)

  • What Is Included In A Move Out Or Move In Cleaning?

    When booking a Move Out or Move In clean, you can expect an all inclusive service. This is our most detailed package and includes 4 of the 7 extra services we offer which you can add to any level of service. These extras include: Inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets, and inside all windows. This clean is intended to turn the home someone once lived in, into its original state and ready for new homeowners.

  • Which Service Do You Recomend For First Time Clients?

    A deep clean is recommended for all first time cleaning by Suite Touches Home Services. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to a standard 2 hour clean.

  • Cancellations And Refunds

    If you cancel before 48 hours you will receive a full refund to the payment information on file.

    If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, your booking is credited to your account to use whenever you’d like.

    If you cancel within 24 hours, it is a non refundable full charge.

  • Is There A Rescheduling Fee?

    We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking. Please see our Cancellation & Refund FAQ for further information.

  • Is Tipping Normal? If So How Much?

    Yes it is. However there is no suggested percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Home Specialist. Tips are welcome in Cash.

  • Are Your Prices Negoitable?

    No, are rates are calculated by the information you provide on our booking page. We provide some of the lowest rates in the industry.

  • What If The Cleaner Doesn’t Stay The Entire Time Or Finishes Early?

    Cleaners will always find more to do to clean up your home with the time you’ve paid for. If a cleaner does happen to leave early contact our offices immediately.

  • Am I Charged Upon Booking?

    Yes, this is to ensure your day and time is reserved. This may seem inconvenient and unorthodox as a service company. But due to fraudulent billings in the past we’ve changed to this standard to ensure all cleanings are paid for before service.

  • What If My Home Requires More Time Than What It Was Booked For?

    When you book online be sure to select the current level of cleanliness of your home. This ensures the proper amount of time is allocated to cleaning your home during your scheduled booking. Improper booking information will require you to reschedule at full rate.
